A large 7.7 earthquake has occurred in Chile.

Overnight there was series of earthquakes in Pacific Basin, 6.8, 7.3, and 6.6. Tsunami bulletins was issued for each of these events, however, only one small tsunami was generated.
The 6.8 occurred south of the Marina Islands and no tsunami was generated. For more information see here.

A 7.8 earthquake has occurred in the Indian Ocean. It near the location of this morning’s earthquake, however, it is unclear at this time if this is an aftershock or a new quake. There has been a 7.9 magnitude earthquake near the coast of Sumatra, Indonesia. The USGS reports. CNN reports the quake was felt 400 miles away in Singapore.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has issued a Tsunami Watch. The Watch is in effect for the following countries:
INDONESIA / AUSTRALIA / INDIA / SRI LANKA [...]

A tsunami warning is in effect for PERU / CHILE / ECUADOR / COLOMBIA. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center is now saying 7.9.

MEXICO / HONDURAS
